You support the design and organisation of personnel and executive development activities. You help prepare and carry out trainings and workshops. The worldwide cooperation with HR colleagues is one of your tasks. You are involved in global personnel development projects, such as the global employee survey or AI evaluation. You contribute to change projects, including the development and transformation of content. You support the daily business. The internship is limited to 3 to 6 months.

enrolled student*in the BWL with focus on marketing, human resources, economic psychology, pedagogy, communication, media or comparable courses Current knowledge of German and English (in word and writing) Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to work in the team and good communication skills Self-employed, structured work Willingness to work in the hybrid system from the office in Cologne
