Own-responsible operation and armour and adjustment of equipment according to product specification Take measures for troubleshooting independently or, if necessary, in consultation with technology and superiors

Maintenance work according to checklists

Support of technicians in maintenance and troubleshooting

Co-responsibility for the smooth running of production

Implementation and documentation of prescribed cleaning and disinfection measures

IPC controls and documentation of process data and measurement results in control cards and PC input of production data

Implementation of internal and legal requirements and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection

Complete training in a technical profession or profession of the food industry Flexibility and readiness for shiftwork (spring, late and night shift) Self-employment and sense of responsibility Reliability and team spirit Fun at work in production
