If innovative teaching methods and process optimization are your passion, our PreMaster program offers you the ideal platform. Here you not only shape, but also shape the educational landscape of tomorrow strategically and operatively. As part of the PreMaster program, you can support our training landscape in both strategic and operational topics. You identify business processes and tasks within education and training with high digitization potential and develop concepts for their optimization. You are also critically involved in the further development of our digital learning platform and support pilot projects from conception to successful implementation – from the first idea to live operation. In doing so, you work with innovative teaching methods and tools and contribute to our strategy. Based on sound analyses, you develop new content and approaches for our competence management system and actively shape our forward-looking further education portfolio. You actively participate in the further development of our further qualification programs, optimierst selection procedures and processes, and integrierst new teaching methods as well as tools. In addition, you support us in the project needs-oriented professional images by analyzing, structuring existing educational plans and checking their future viability.

Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor) in the field of BWL, VWL or comparable, ideally with a focus on staff as well as the concrete intention to include a master's degree Experiences and know-how: secure MS Office knowledge; Interest in AI and digitalization Personality and mode of operation: You manage to address tasks methodically, independently and objectively; you quickly adapt to new circumstances and effectively implement your communication skills; you keep the target responsibly in mind and convince your positions Enthusiasm: You bring a strong enthusiasm for education, innovative teaching methods and process optimisation and want to actively shape the education and training of tomorrow Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
