Process Manager (m/f/d)

Care and continuous development of our quality management system and process landscape – with a clear focus on BSI C5 compliance and ISO 9001. Definition, adaptation and monitoring of processes in software development and adjacent services to ensure full compliance with BSI C5 Controls and ISO 9001. Planning, implementation and documentation of internal audits as well as active support for external audits – including preparation and tracking of Findings. Ensure that all process and quality documentation is correct, complete, up-to-date and auditable at any time. Close cooperation with the Senior Regulatory Manager and cross-departmental stakeholders in order to promote a lived quality culture and continuous improvement throughout the area.

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in quality management, compliance or IT/process testing, ideally in a software or cloud environment, with detectable expertise in ISO 9001 and/or BSI C5. An above-average university degree in a relevant subject area (e.g. computer science, business informatics, engineering, quality management or a comparable discipline). Embossed methodological know-how in process management and quality assurance, including experience with QMS tools, audit management solutions as well as common documentation and collaboration platforms. Very good knowledge of English and good German in word and writing to be able to act safely in an international, German-speaking environment. Precise, structured and analytical work, high sense of responsibility, strong communicative skills and the willingness to question the status quo constructively and solution-oriented.
