Professional and disciplined leadership of the Electronics Engineering Team Ensuring a collaborative working environment and targeted promotion of the exchange of experience and knowledge within the team Planning, allocation and monitoring of resources (personal, budget, equipment and laboratory equipment) to ensure efficient and timely development work Promoting and supporting the team members in their personal and professional development Ensuring and ensuring product safety in the context of development processes Defining and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and processes Care and development of our development laboratory facilities Responsibility for compliance with work protection and environmental regulations (e.g. DGUV Guidelines, ISO 14001) in laboratories Provision of all necessary resources to maintain our development operation, including role management in electronics Development and optimization of development and release processes

Complete studies in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or a related technical field Multiannual experience in Systems Engineering, ideal in the aviation industry Management experience in a team leader or project manager role Knowledge of system development methods and tools (e.g. MBSE, SysML, DOORS) Proven experience in the development and approval of aviation systems and equipment Experience with air travel requirements and standards Experience in managing engineering teams, experience in technical project work Openness for modern methods and methods, improvement and change of existing processes and methods Embossed communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment and set priorities Reliability, integrity and reliability Team-oriented working methods and ability to motivate interdisciplinary teams to form and use internal and external networks Ready for business trips German and English knowledge in word and writing
