In the approximately 40-member corporate responsibility sector of the Otto Group, we are a dynamic team of 8 dedicated colleagues working together in the theme cluster ''Human Rights & Responsible Supply Chain'. We are looking for active support to advance human rights issues in global supply chains based on data & analysis. Our team works with passion and fun on diverse topics. Our cooperation is characterized by an appreciation of one another at eye level. You analyze and provide quantitative and qualitative information, among others, to assess the risk profile of countries and suppliers. You will start presentations and prepare workshops. You create manuals and process descriptions for internal use. You conduct qualitative research on various topics. You test new developments in our IT systems. Must-have: You are a enrolled student*in in a degree with a focus on sustainability or another appropriate degree course or you are in your Gap Year between Bachelor and Master. You can now support us for at least 3 months, but ideally 6 months. You have analytical thinking & accuracy. You already had first points of contact and/or deepened interest in human rights. You have very good experiences in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point. You have a proactive way of working, independent working and hand-on mentality. You are open to employing you more with AI tools and using them for your work. Your language level: German C2 (approximately native) and English C1 (specialized language use). Nice-to-have: You already have first work experience through internships or the like, at best in the area of sustainability management. You want to add a motivated team to your personality.
