Vocational trainer (m/w/d) mechatronics

We are looking for an instructor (m/w/d) for the training profession of the mechatronic (m/w/d) Our customer is known at the location in Mülheim an der Ruhr for the production of steam turbines. Due to the increased number of trainees, another trainer (m/w/d) is currently being sought. The job will be filled with long-term prospects and full-time as part of the transfer of employees. • Knowledge transfer in the field of mechatronics - planning, preparation and mediation of training and learning content - review of learning progress - mediation of action competencies and soft skills - organizing activities related to vocational training

• A completed vocational training on mechatronics (m/w/d) in industry with a further education on the technician or a completed study is required - First experiences as a lecturer/trainer/teacher (m/w/d) are expected - Funded knowledge in mechatronics are required - Ownership of an AdA appearance is desirable

• A hourly wage between €26.50 and €29, depending on the professional experience and qualification - regulated training structures in the company's own training center - Christmas and holiday money, which is governed by the IGZ collective agreement - A good and cheap canteen is available to you JOBV1_EN
