Support of the insolvency administrator in the settlement of regulatory insolvency proceedings of companies and natural persons Independent processing of all relevant processes for the management of corporate insolvency, in particular in connection with the continuation of companies and their rehabilitation Coordination of the exchange of information between the parties involved in insolvency proceedings and independent management of correspondence Compilation of expert reports, expert reports, final accounts and final reports Support of creditors

Studies or completed training (e.g. lawyers, business lawyers, business economists, tax and lawyers, or commercial professionals) Ideally, you already bring professional experience in insolvency management Interest in solving complex issues and legal issues Ability to independently guide correspondence Safe occurrence Knowledge of Microsoft Office
