IT Process Manager Incident Management (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. The Process Management department bundles, moderates, and sustainably pursues the implementation of the process, transversal and service-specific requirements and standards for the operating units of Shared Service Operations (SSO). The focus is on compliance with the services agreed with the customer and efficient procedures.

Responsibility for the design, optimization and monitoring of the Incident Management Process Cooperation with Process Owner to plan and coordinate all process activities Definition, monitoring and reporting of relevant process KPIs Definition, analysis and evaluation of process reports Recording and identifying optimization possibilities and deriving suitable measures for continuous process improvement in coordination with the Process Owner Proactive development and adaptation of ITSM processes to new technologies such as AI, cloud and automation solutions Ensuring knowledge building and transfer to the responsible process Definition and acceptance of tool requirements to the IT service management system Close networking with the ITSM core processes process managers Monitoring and consulting of projects in compliance with process requirements Guidance and control of experts in the implementation of delegated process management tasks

Completed relevant study or comparable training and at least 6 years of professional experience as a process manager*in Outstanding expertise in IT Service and Process Management including relevant certifications in ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 (certification as ITIL V3 Expert and/or ITIL 4 Managing Professional) Good knowledge of process modeling applications, ARIS knowledge desirable Good knowledge of agile methods and Dev(Sec)Ops Professional leadership experience of interdisciplinary teams in the field of IT process management Knowledge of ISO 27001 of advantage Knowledge of program, project management and/or change management of advantage Sovereign appearance and communication strength as well as a methodological and structured approach Enforcement strength as well as a high degree of responsibility and a pronounced customer and quality orientation Embossed initiative and self-employment, strategic thinking and organisational skills Travel readiness required (approx. 20%)
