For our Coordination Projects department at one of our BGZ locations, we are looking for a

Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Observing the function as project or subproject management in complex projects (technical new construction, rebuilding and refurbishment projects) with a focus on plant protection and management of interdisciplinary working groups, as well as bodies representing the project department Collaboration and tuning of all security issues with security-relevant specialist departments and special functions Expert advice and support from colleagues on aspects of the planning and implementation of plant safety Developing concepts for implementing requirements from laws, regulations, guidelines and relevant rules of plant protection in projects Advise and contribute to the strategic challenges of the Autarkie projects in terms of the implementation of the plant protection system Represent the Head of Division in overarching, strategic questions on plant safety, in particular in the field of Autarkie projects

Successfully completed studies of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual, sound knowledge of project management and project management Extensive and well-founded knowledge in the field of plant safety and relevant regulations Multiannual experience in managing interdisciplinary teams Communication strength for coordination between different disciplines and in the interface management of interdisciplinary cooperation Willingness to visit the BGZ sites High level of initiative and flexibility Self-responsible, efficient and structured operation High sense of responsibility as well as strong team skills and team orientation Overview, organisational capacity and enforcement capacity
