Your duties ✓ Machine control and armour: Set up and run of our modern plastic injection machines for continuous production ✓ Tool management: independent tool change, proper commissioning and maintenance of tools ✓ Process optimization: Analysis and elimination of small machine faults on site ✓ Quality assurance: removal of finished parts, testing of workpieces and accurate quality controls of the final products ✓ Finishing and logistics: preparation of parts for further processing and proper packaging

Your profile ✓ Complete training as machine and plant leader metal or similar qualification, also experienced helpers welcome ✓ Craft skills and technical understanding ✓ Responsible handling of resources ✓ Self-employed, reliable and precise operation ✓ Willingness to shift work in the 2-shift system
