Business Manager (m/w/d) at Neusäß Finance & Controlling

As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a commercial director (m/w/d) who advances the strategic development of finance, controlling and accounting departments. They take responsibility for the optimization of processes, the further development of reporting and the introduction of new key figures for decision-making. With your leadership skills and focus on digital solutions, you contribute significantly to the sustainable success of the AMServ Group.

Your duties

• Heading and strategic development of the Controlling department and accounting (currently outsourced)
• Structure and optimization of processes in controlling and accounting with special focus on the introduction and improvement of digital processes
• Individual development and leadership of a directly leading employee in controlling
• Monitoring and further development of reporting for controlling and accounting as well as direct reporting to management as a member of the management team
• Development of key figures as a basis for decision-making for management to plan and achieve corporate objectives
• Ensure business care in all relevant areas of accounting and controlling

Your profile

• Business studies or comparable training with corresponding professional experience
• Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a medium-sized production company
• Very good knowledge in controlling and accounting
• Experience in managing teams and implementing change processes, in particular process optimization
• High analytical capacity, number affinity and interest in the continuous improvement of processes
• Impressed decision strength and result orientation
• Good communication and presentation skills
