Your role: Do you burn for strategic personnel work and want to accompany HR not only but actively shape it? In this key role as Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you will be able to advise and strategically support our specialist areas. Ideally, you are already bringing experience in a HR organization that works according to a HRBP Target Operating Model - or have the ambition to establish and develop this way of thinking together with us. Become part of a HR team that actively promotes the change to a future-oriented, strategic HR partnership. Your challenge: Local contact person for the management of the care areas in all operational and strategic HR topics One-face interface between executives and the various HR areas (HR Competence Center) and consulting at the level of management functions in the company Accompanying and supporting the care areas in change processes and ensuring that all stakeholders receive the relevant information Participation in the recruiting and recruitment process and development and implementation of needs-oriented, innovative and efficient HR solutions Responsibility, planning, implementation and control of the personnel costs budget in the area of responsibility and responsibility for the initiation and control of corrective measures in the event of deviations Contact person for questions relevant to co-determination and the care of a trusted cooperation with the works council To optimally support your areas of expertise, provide relevant evaluations and advise managers in the application of HR processes and tools Your tasks are rounded off by cooperation in HR projects

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, organizational management, psychology/social sciences, law or comparable qualifications Professional experience: At least 5-7 years of professional experience as HR Business Partner, ideally bring you experience in HR organizations according to the Dave Ulrich model. Competence: Very good knowledge of labour law, ideally IG metal Secure user knowledge in handling SAP (HR), SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office Knowledge of German and English in Word and Writing

Personality: Modern understanding and passion for strategic personal work at eye level Very good operational and strategic consulting and solution competence in all HR issues Communication capability, enforcement capacity, resilience and empathy as well as a structured and analytical manner
