Executive Chef (m/f/d)

As Executive Chef, you are responsible for the following tasks: Total responsibility for the entire Culinary area

Culinary overall responsibility for the design, implementation and further development of the gastronomic offer – from menu planning to presentation – taking into account brand standards, seasonality and current food trends

Ensuring and continuous optimization of product and service quality taking into account guest feedback, mystery checks, LQE standards and MO Pillars

Coordination and monitoring of the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages, in compliance with the highest quality and hygiene standards (HACCP, local regulations)

Ensuring operational readiness of all technical and infrastructural facilities in the R&B and kitchen sector

Monitoring and analysis of global and local market trends to develop culinary and gastronomic offers innovative, competitive and brand-compliant

As an Executive Chef, we expect you: At least 4 years of experience in a Sous Chef or Executive Chef function within the luxury hotel industry or upscale gastronomy

Excellent expertise in the field of culinary and a comprehensive understanding of business relationships in the R&B sector – in particular with regard to forecasting, budgeting, reporting (BWA, P&L)

Impressed ability to prioritize, organize and implement projects in a dynamic working environment

Funded experience in cost control and efficient resource planning in the area of Food & Beverage

Sovereign handling of multicultural teams and a high level of intercultural competence

Passion for team leadership and development, including coaching, motivation and individual promotion of employees

German and English knowledge in word and writing

Strong leadership and decision-making capability, coupled with a high degree of planning, organizational and analysis competence
