With our headquarters in Viersen am Niederrhein, we have been working as an independent measuring service provider for our customers on site since 2016. We specialize in the production of legally safe heating and operating costs and in the measurement of heating and hot water consumption. The customer group includes house administrations, housing companies and private property owners. Professional expertise and an open ear for the customer - we are now in 3rd generation with our name. You are responsible for the complete commercial settlement of heating and operating costs by means of specific accounting systems and ensure their correctness. As a central contact person, you can provide our customers with telephone and in writing and clarify all queries regarding the billing details. You document all business incidents carefully in the system and use MS Office to professionally create evaluations and individual customer correspondence. In close cooperation with adjacent departments, you ensure a smooth flow of information and solve complex customer concerns together. You actively introduce their own ideas to optimize our internal accounting processes and contribute to their implementation in order to continuously improve service quality.

You have completed a commercial or technical training or study, ideally related to the housing industry. First professional experience in the accounting field or in the measuring service industry is advantageous. You are safe in dealing with MS Office and are characterized by a pronounced numerical understanding. Your work is customer-oriented, committed and reliable, and you can take responsibility. You have knowledge of German in word and writing.
