We are a dynamically growing IT-Zweckverband, founded by the Pinneberg County and the city of Quickborn in the summer of 2008. We offer our local association partners competent advice and support in all IT areas. We currently serve in Schleswig-Holstein with approx. 250 colleagues around 7,000 jobs are distributed over 250 locations. kommunit is a modern employer that combines sensory tasks with exciting and forward-looking topics. Our purpose association supports circles, communities, cities, offices and schoolchildren on their way to digitalization. In addition, we currently maintain 31 school locations. For this administrative upgrade, we are looking for sleeve-high-cutters, creators and over-three-edged guckers. We are pleased if you support us in full or part-time as Projektmanager (m/d) at our location in Elmshorn near Hamburg.

You are available by telephone for IT consulting and inquiries You create IT documentation, instructions and handouts for colleagues The ticket processing will also take you beyond the usual first-level support They monitor IT systems and applications You manage the user accounts and email mailboxes Prioritize the incoming tickets

They have completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g. in the field of technical informatics) or have several years of experience in the IT field You have professional experience in MS Active Directory, MS Exchange and in relevant standard hardware and software Because of your high communication skills, you are able to compete in difficult and stressful situations friendly and accommodating to our association members and your colleagues You understand yourself as an interface between the members of the association and the different departments You are extremely team-oriented and are characterized by your organizational talent Your work is independent and targeted You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing at least at C1 level
