Number: MER0003XLS The Global Mobility department is responsible for the staffing of employees in international use (Expats). In doing so, it ensures governance in international employee operations, in particular with regard to legal, financial and tax aspects. If you like international projects and enjoy a wide range of topics around international HR management and you want to apply your already acquired theoretical knowledge in practice, work with experienced colleagues and introduce your own ideas, we look forward to your application! An exciting and varied internship awaits you with the focus on international taxation, IT systems and guidelines, in which you are responsible for individual projects and thematic areas.Your tasks in detail: cooperation and support in interdisciplinary field projects with the possibility to independently coordinate work packages Support in the further development and design of the guidelines and processes for international employee deployments in cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. tax area, labour law, pay accounting) and external service providers (e.g. tax consultancy company) Creation of management presentations and process documentation Support in preparation and logging of meetings The activity can begin from March 2026. Course in Business Administration, Economic Law or a comparable degree course focusing on International Human Resources Management Safe handling of MS Office Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Team and communication skills and operational readiness Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
