Contact person*in for inquiries: You manage the e-mail traffic via our ticket system and take care of our colleagues' internal enquiries.

Representation at reception: You are the first face at the reception – friendly, organised and helpful – for colleagues, service providers, applicants – personally, by phone or email.

Closed commercial training and experience in the service industry

Joy in dealing with people – you are confident and cordial

Safe to use digital tools (MS Office 365, MS Teams etc.)

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing

Solution-oriented thinking, hand-on mentality and positive radiation
