You are actively involved in the planning, implementation and reflection of educational offers and projects and shape a loving and stimulating learning environment for the children Your self-responsibility is reflected in the care, education and promotion of children in the day of the crèche, whereby you strengthen their self-responsibility through a participative support Housekeeping and organizational activities are structuring the group daily, while you are helping to shape festivals and create a living environment. You work closely with your parents and advise them on their children's development processes Observing and documenting development and education processes ensures that children are optimally supported in their development In nursing activities, you support and are an important team member who regularly participates in team meetings, trainings and team meetings to actively shape and develop the pedagogical work
