In this role, you combine legal expertise with consulting skills and contribute to continuously developing our processes and guidelines in the area of damage.

To strengthen our damage area, we are looking for you as

Fulljurist/in- with focus on insurance & Property Law **

Assessment of legal questions and derivation of concrete recommendations for action on customer requests & business incidents (e.g. violations of property, contest, termination, fraudulent, rejections, complaints or conditional statement). Detection of basic questions and training needs from individual cases.

Creating work instructions and training.

Interface to the external firm (e.g. for cover actions).

Create and track risk and compliance tickets with legal reference.

Close cooperation with the group leaders.

Interface to the legal department, compliance and risk management.

Takeover of representation tasks with legal reference within the area, e.g. regression audits & liability cases.

Completed legal studies Professional experience in an insurance, law firm or similar environment.

Advantages: knowledge in insurance contract law, royalty law, veterinary medicine law and/or liability, compensation law.

Practice-oriented consulting skills and communication skills, especially the ability to easily and structuredly represent complex content.

Own initiative, team capacity and a high degree of responsibility awareness.

Design freedom in the field of justice: Take a central role in assessing legal issues and developing our internal guidelines, training and processes. High professional relevance: Work on topics with immediate influence on our core business – from complex customer requests to compliance topics to cooperation with external law firms.
