Treasurer / Head of Finance (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the financial sector of the city of Sending and controlling the budget and economic planning, the implementation of the budget and the preparation of the annual accounts or the annual accounts You monitor the financial development of the city, prepare financial policy bases and ensure transparency and reliability in managing municipal finances You accompany the planning and implementation of urban investments and, together with the relevant areas, ensure the best possible use of support and investment grants You take over the commercial responsibility for the local municipal enterprises, in particular for the supply and transport operations, as well as the disposal operations You carry out the employees assigned to you in cash, financial management and technical fields and continuously develop structures, processes and cooperation within your area of responsibility As a member of the City Management Board, you will design the strategic and economic development of the city together with the other management levels and represent financial topics in a sovereign way towards municipal bodies, political decision-makers and external contacts

You have a completed qualification as an administrative specialist (m/w/d), a qualification of 3. Qualification level or completed studies, for example in Business Administration, Economics, Public Management, Administration Management or a comparable subject area You bring several years of professional experience in municipal financial management and have a well-founded practical knowledge of camera literature You have several years of relevant management experience in a municipal financial administration, ideally in the function as chamberkeeper, deputy chamberkeeper or head of finance You lead employees clear, binding and value-assurance, create reliable structures and understand that different areas of expertise and interests combine constructive cooperation You perform sovereignly with respect to political bodies, decision-makers and other internal and external contact persons, represent your technical positions comprehensible and have the necessary decision and communication strength You work structured, analytical and predictive, have a pronounced number affinity and a high sense of responsibility and have very good knowledge of the current MS Office applications.
