IT Systems Engineer – 3rd Level (m/w/d) Cologne · Full time

You take over the complex cases in system operation - all where colleagues from the 1st and 2nd levels of service reach the limit - and you plan the environments that are supervised there daily. From Microsoft 365 and Azure to Network to Security, you are responsible for the IT of our medium-sized customers. At comito you don't work on a system, but on many: every customer environment is individually built, and that's exactly where the charm lies.

Operation and further development of the Microsoft-365 and Azure environments of our customers Planning and implementation of migrations: from on-premises to the cloud, between tenants, at IT-Carve-outs System operation in daily business - Active Directory and Entra ID, Network, Backup, Endpoint Management, Security 3rd level escalations from the service team: Deep analysis in growing environments, even if the documentation has gaps Technical support of service engineers - You are the instance You ask when it jams Automation of recurring tasks, such as via PowerShell Technical contact for your customers: You know their surroundings, and You know you

Found experience in the system administration of Windows server environments Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory or Entra ID, networks and IT security Willingness to work on you in foreign environments The ability to explain technical facts in a comprehensible manner to non-technicians desire to take responsibility and develop yourself professionally
