Operational Excellence Specialist Europe & Americas (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our European team, we are looking for an Operations Excellence Specilalist Europe & Americas (m/w/d), which contributes significantly to the sustainable process development in our region.

P rozesmanagement & Governance Defining, developing and ensuring compliance with operational processes across all European & American locations. Creation, maintenance and optimization of operations manuals, policies & governance policies. Support in decision-making in operational issues with compliance/governance relevance. Training & Enablement Implementation of initial and repetition training for systems, processes and new features. Identification of training requirements based on process deviations, system adjustments or quality problems. Promoting a uniform process understanding across all locations. Digitalization & TMS management Support and control of TMS-related topics. Processing of complex TMS cases and validation requests according to defined authority levels. Initiating and supporting digital improvement projects focusing on efficiency, cost reduction and data quality. Quality, KPI & Continuous Improvement Ensuring compliance with defined quality standards, processes and KPIs. detection, documentation and tracking of quality and compliance deviations. Implementation of DMAIC-based improvement projects (Define – Measure – Analyze – Improve – Control). Promoting a company-wide culture for continuous improvement.

Professional qualifications Complete training as a forwarding businessman/wife and/or Bachelor in Business Administration / Process Management. At least 2 years of experience in customer care, inside sales or operating departments of a forwarder. Knowledge of logistic products (sea freight, air freight, intermodal etc.). International work experience of advantage. Safe handling of MS O365 and TMS systems (Pflicht); Power BI knowledge desirable. Personal competencies Embossed communication capability (written & oral). Analytical and methodical thinking. High social competence, patience and professionalism in dealing with stakeholders. Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented working. Ability to make complex issues understandable. Languages Very good knowledge of German and English. Other languages are a plus.
