Recruiter for educational staff (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a full-time support for our team in Kiel.

Your tasks • After being incorporated, you will be responsible for your own region in recruiting staff for our coaching projects. • Your tasks include identifying the personnel needs for the projects, introducing appropriate recruiting measures and accompanying the selection process until the job placement. • Here you can check out the incoming applications according to our qualifications profiles, interviews with applicants by phone and agree regularly with the regional managers to choose suitable candidates. • As part of our recruiting team, you develop creative strategies in personal marketing, support our HR projects and work with us to continuously improve our processes.

Your profile • Complete studies (e.g. in the humanities, the business administration, pedagogy or psychology) and/or commercial training, welcome with further training in the field of personnel • We are also welcome to cross-comers! • Friendly, binding appearance with very good service orientation • Very structured operation and good organizational ability • Embossed communication and team skills • Affinity for digital communication and IT applications • English language skills, also for conducting interviews, are desirable
