Storyline

Type of employment: Full time

Management and support of the sales team as well as co-responsibility for the achievement of the department goals in the event and sales area

Support in budget planning, budget monitoring and ensuring business goals in cooperation with the Director of Sales & Marketing

Own-responsible creation of the monthly forecast as well as relevant statistics and analyses

Development and implementation of tailor-made sales and promotions in all relevant market segments according to marketing plan

Conduct sound market and competitive analyses and identify sales potentials in defined markets and segments

Development and implementation of strategic initiatives for sustainable revenue growth

Responsibility for all market segments in defined areas of responsibility and active market development in cooperation with the ACCOR regional sales offices and the selection of German luxury hotels

Acquises of new customers incl. Research, first contact, creation of customer profiles and building sustainable business relationships

Individual support and continuous maintenance of the existing customer portfolio

Conducting in- and outbound sales calls and regular customer visits on site

Independent planning, organisation and participation in sales-promoting measures such as customer events, business trips, roadshows and national and international trade fairs

Own offer and contract creation incl. Price negotiations and responsibilities

Close cooperation with internal specialist departments to smoothly process enquiries and ensure a high level of service

Professional use of Opera Sales & Catering (e.g. activity reports, statistics, mailing queries) for targeted sales control

Participation in weekly and monthly sales meetings incl. Creation and presentation of relevant documents and key figures

The basics: Completed vocational training or studies with at least three years of professional experience in the luxury hotel industry in Sales Embossed readiness to travel in local and remote markets High level of responsibility Positive radiation, safe appearance, empathy & a good feeling for our demanding guests Communicative personality, creativity and a high degree of self-initiative for independent work in a dynamic team Flowing German & English knowledge in word and writing as well as very good expression & formulation security A strong understanding of numbers The art: The daily work with inspiring and creative colleagues as well as demanding guests is constantly bringing new challenges to which you face yourself. Unlimited employment contract A full 13th gross monthly salary as Christmas money from the statutory 1st year of service (entry between 01.01. and 30.06.)
