(Senior) Consultant ESG Risk Management/Reporting – Banking (all genders)

As part of our team, you will advise companies in the financial sector on current regulatory requirements, focusing on sustainability/ESG (environmental, social & governance). You support credit institutions, financial service providers or FinTechs from the design to the implementation of current European and national requirements on ESG and analyze their impacts, among others, on the business model, risk management and reporting of institutions. You will also participate in the implementation of sustainability analyses, ESG classifications and the implementation of reporting standards in accordance with the EU-Taxonomy, the Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and the CSRD. An agile way of working, close cooperation with adjacent departments as well as continuous professional training distinguish your activity.

Successfully completed studies of economics, law, financial mathematics, business informatics or a comparable degree programme First experience (e.g. practice) in the field of ESG, risk management or banking supervisory law A good feeling for the requirements and needs of our clients and a high level of motivation, proactivity and curiosity Very good communication skills in German and English
