For our Residential group Fermersleben in Magdeburg, we are looking for the next possible time in parttime (20 hours/week)

In our community for young people aged 16 to 21 we offer comprehensive care around the clock. We attach great importance to individual social pedagogical accompaniment in order to support young people in their self-employment. Our pedagogical point of contact offers both individual and group-related support, consulting and free-time pedagogical offers. Our focus is on promoting self-reality and relationship work.

Your tasks

• Acquisition of device-related and cross-device tasks
• Responsibility for the care of the outside areas of the institution (including winter service)
• Materials procurement
• Responsibility for the maintenance of the premises of our group
• guidance and guidance of young people in craft and practical work, including joint implementation of projects
• Execution of cleaning and minor repairs

Your profile

• completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Valid driving permit class B
• strong sense of responsibility as well as independent working
• versatile craftsmanship
• open and tolerant basic attitude
• safe and friendly handling of young people aged 15 to 20 years
