You can do this with us:

• Object support: They provide order and safety on the premises and in the buildings.
• Small repairs: They carry out smaller craft activities independently.
• Regular inspection tours: they control the state of the buildings and technical installations.
• Support for entrepreneurs and service providers: They coordinate and accompany external service providers on site.
• Contact for local customers: You are a contact point for tenants and users.

We wish you:

• Ideally completed craft or technical training, as an alternative a completed training to the landscape gardener, gardener or equivalent qualification
• First experience in technical building management / facility management is desirable
• Cross-sectoral knowledge is advantageous
• A customer-oriented way of thinking and independent work
