Discipline leadership and motivation of employees including the identification of personnel and training needs, as well as ensuring the qualification and further development Responsibility for sustainable reduction of damage, disturbances and downtime costs by identifying Bad Actors and developing equipment-specific maintenance strategies Assessment of existing and new test requirements and implementation of technical tests and inspections in the field of mechanics Ensuring appropriate material management for maintenance Development and evaluation of new and innovative maintenance approaches Design and continuous improvement of strategic maintenance functions and processes using KPIs and Active Management Close cooperation with colleagues on the further development of the performance portfolio and communication of expertise in reliability management Purpose of the body Reliability Engineering & Inspections with focus on mechanical equipment Development of Reliability Engineering, Inspection and Plant Monitoring Tracking legal changes in the field of plant monitoring and evaluating the impact on the plant

Innovative and strive to continuously improve processes and systems, as well as to analyze and critically question requirements; strong technical understanding Good knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and methods High level of teamability, self-initiative, target orientation and stress tolerance Good IT skills, ideally SAP, CAE and common office programs Knowledge of Reliability Engineering and Maintenance Methods Very good technical understanding of chemical plants and their technical components; ideally complemented by technical training readiness for personal and professional development through training Vocational training / studies Dipl.-Ing. (TH) / Master in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or a comparable degree course Professional experience 8 years of relevant professional experience
