These are your tasks:

• Implementation of work according to the master's regulations for the service buildings at the Rathenauplatz, such as the execution of small repairs, the acceptance of foreign services, the meter reading, the closing service and spontaneous cleaning
• Support for tasks at the approximately 70 SÖR locations in the city area as well as the execution of smaller relocations
• Management of the large meeting room, in particular the construction of table landscapes and seating, as well as the support of the conference media
• Use in the postal distribution and in the house administration in the case of representation
• Implementation of the winter service around the SÖR administration and maintenance of the electronic locking system

This is your profile: For the activity you need:

• A successfully completed vocational training as an electrician (w/m/d), Schreiner (w/m/d), Schlosser (w/m/d) or GWS-Installateur (w/m/d) or a comparable three-year craft training with a clear reference to the tasks in the field of facility management
• Unrestricted fitness for work
• Class B licence

You also have:

• Ideally multi-year professional experience in facility or building management
• Electrical (technical) identifiers of advantage
• Impressed ability to work independently and independently
• Team skills and flexibility
• A high level of reliability and physical loadability
