Digital Services and Communication Clerk (m/f/d)

You are responsible for operational and conceptual digital services in the field of communication and customer experience and develop them according to brand and quality specifications. You independently research solutions for new digital communications offerings and implement them in charge, for example for our websites or the app “PBeaKKdirekt”. You plan, control and report implementation measures, KPIs and change requirements and are responsible for usability and functional optimizations as well as new concepts including tests. You ensure the quality of our digital services, ensure compliance with legal requirements, such as accessibility, data protection, or information security, and control procurement and procurement processes. You ensure the appropriate response of customer requests to digital services, provide relevant content for internal bodies and act as a central contact person for departments and external service providers.

You ideally have a completed bachelor's degree in the field of media or communication science, media informatics or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the enrolled job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You have a very good understanding of digital products, usability, user needs and technical relationships, and move safely at the interface between specialist, IT and external service providers. You bring several years of experience in the design, development and control of digital services or customer-oriented applications. You are safe to use digital tools, such as Typo3, Adobe CC, Matomo, MS-Office and have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. You have experience in working with KPIs, reporting and testing and can analyze, prioritise and implement requirements in a structured manner. You have strong communication and coordination capabilities and are happy to work in cross-departmental teams. A basic understanding of issues such as accessibility, data protection and information security round off your profile.
