Maintenance, repair and maintenance work on thermal process plants (mechanical and electrical) fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical controllers, sensors, burner controls, switch cabinets and HMI systems Implementation of PLC diagnostics and basic programming work (Siemens TIA Portal / STEP 7) including adaptation of process parameters Inspection and repair of heat exchangers, gas-fired burners and smoke generators and ensure optimal plant performance Fast and efficient service operations on site to minimise production failures Implementation of planned service and safety inspections to comply with food and quality standards Creation of service reports and training of customer personnel in operation, cleaning (CIP) and basic troubleshooting

Successfully completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electronics) with training as master or technician or a comparable qualification At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, system installation or technical troubleshooting – ideally in the meat processing industry Knowledge of relevant industrial standards (NFPA 70 / NEC) and experience in Siemens programming OSHA certification or good knowledge of relevant safety regulations Ability to securely read and implement technical drawings, schematics and piece lists high readiness to travel and very good English knowledge in word and writing Self-employed, structured working with high self-responsibility MS Office Knowledge Pneumatic and/or welding skills are advantageous
