Junior Brand Manager (m/f/d)

Your role Be part of our retail team and support us in the commercial development of our retail concepts at railway stations. Your focus is on assortments, commercial articles and the optimal implementation of our concepts at the Point of Sale. In doing so, you combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic hands-on mentality and make sure that our actions are implemented not only strategically meaningfully but also operationally successfully. We will give you the following tasks: You support the development and implementation of assortment and pricing strategies and continuously work to identify sales potentials within your responsibility. With the help of analyses and evaluations, you test performance, trends, and competitors, and make concrete recommendations for action. In the day-to-day business, you work intensively with topics such as commercial articles, assortments, planograms and merchandising. Together with the team, you work on the optimization of our sales areas and support in assortment changes, promotions as well as product launches within our station concepts. In addition, you work closely with internal interfaces such as purchasing, marketing, operations and data and regularly coordinate with external partners. You support the creation of guides and documentation for the operational implementation at the Point of Sale and ensure that commercial measures are implemented efficiently. The care and preparation of relevant key figures as well as the support for calculations and reporting are also part of your task.

The basis for your job with us is your studies in BWL, marketing or a comparable area. You have already gained first professional experience in brand management, trade marketing or preferably in category management. In addition, you have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You have safe handling of key figures and pronounced analytical skills. Self-contained, structured and high-release workings characterize you. You are strong in communication and enjoy working with different interfaces With your hand-on mentality and great flexibility, you master our dynamic daily business. You are passionate about retail, assortments and commercial relationships. Negotiating German and English complete your profile.
