In your installation phase, we will make you familiar step by step with the disposition and tour planning for our fleet. You will learn how to coordinate our drivers, plan operations efficiently and act as a contact person for their concerns. Gradually you take responsibility for ensuring the readiness of the vehicles. You are incorporated into the processing of inputs and outputs of the treatment plant. Together with your colleagues, you optimize the utilization of the fleet. You grow into your role as an interface to customers and business partners and gradually take on more responsibility in the daily business.

Experienced professional drivers or motor coaches are welcome – even without classical commercial training. A further development as a traffic manager or experience in fleet coordination is advantageous. Ideally, you bring first experience in the MRP or are ready to work into this exciting field. A good organisational skills, ready-to-use, flexibility and team spirit are yours. You take things pragmatically and keep an overview even in stressful situations. You are safe to use the common computer programs.
