Payroll Accountant (m/w/d)

For more than 65 years, the Kroschke Group has been dedicated to services relating to vehicle registration. We also offer additional services such as transfer of vehicles and secure storage of documents. These services are supported by self-developed smart IT solutions. We offer unique services with a central office in Ahrensburg and a branch network in Germany. Our customers range from private individuals to businesses such as car houses, leasing companies and insurance companies. Our team has a wide range of personalities – from sales staff to highly specialised IT developers. Our 15-person team consists of 5 pay calculators (m/w/d), 6 HR Business Partners (m/w/d) and colleagues (m/w/d) in the field of employer branding, personnel development and team assistance. With an average operating status of over 4 years, we have grown together to form a family and value-assurance team that manages every challenge successfully and never loses sight of the fun. We are looking forward to strengthening in part time (22–32 hours / week) in the area of payment accounting. For our headquarters in Ahrensburg we seek you as ENTGELTABRECHNER (M/W/D)

You are sure to make the timely and professional billing You will provide the personal master data in our SAP HCM payment accounting system, the SAP time economy and the ATOSS time recording system You manage the personal files both digitally and analogously You process the certification and reporting as well as any payments You co-ordinate the occupational pension scheme and other (voluntary) employer benefits You'll start expert evaluations, reports and statistics You are a contact person for employees and managers In addition, you will participate in the monthly and annual accounts of the company and help us in the continuous optimisation of our pay billing processes.

A completed training in commercial, tax or social insurance or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of pay accounting References in personnel management and labour, wage and social insurance Know-how in MS Office and preferably in SAP HCM Reliability and discretion as well as humor and team spirit
