Implementation of documented quality tests including initial sample tests on components and production of 3D coordinate measuring instruments (manual CMM) Measurement test with 3D coordinate measuring instruments (measuring arm) Measurement testing with standard measuring instruments Creation of quality records (test logs, first sample test reports) Verification of delivery documents (test certificates EN10204, first sample test reports) Error management (introduction and monitoring of preventive and corrective measures due to fault reports, customer complaints, audits and evaluations) Manual measurement of large modules, parts Drawing work according to drawings Communication with adjacent compartments, such as manufacturing, AV and QS Monitoring and maintenance of the test equipment and the test equipment database
