Teamleiter Project Engineering SCADA (m/f/d)

As a team leader Project Engineering SCADA (m/w/d), you will lead an international team of project engineers and ensure that our SCADA-related project implementations in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands take place reliably, safely and in a process-compliant manner. In addition to the leadership, you take selected projects yourself to continuously strengthen process knowledge and technical expertise. With this, you actively shape the technical standards and workflows in the Central (DACH) region. Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of SCADA-Project Engineers in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands Takeover of selected SCADA projects to track processes and keep your own expertise up to date Ensuring compliance with all relevant Nordex processes in the supervised projects Function as a central point of contact for technical and organizational clarifications from the team Continuing all necessary training certificates and qualifications and coordination of necessary training Cooperation in the development and adaptation of processes and structures in the Central region (DACH) Monitoring staff utilization and regular transparency on the status of all ongoing projects

At least two years of leadership experience in the wind energy industry or a comparable technical environment Impressed leadership, team building expertise and the ability to promote a constructive and pleasant team spirit Empathic, responsible and solution-oriented appearance Structured, independent and motivated working in a dynamic environment Secure handling of MS Office and other digital tools Very good knowledge of German and English for clear written and oral communication Knowledge in regulatory engineering, SCADA data processing or IT network infrastructures are desirable
