Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Discipline and professional leadership as well as further development of employees including personnel deployment and qualification planning as well as regular team and development talks Responsibility for planning and controlling material supply, logistics processes and stocks to ensure efficient electronics production Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation, implementation and sustainable follow-up of improvement measures Responsibility for investment planning in the area of responsibility and implementation of Shopfloor management Management and cooperation in cross-departmental optimization, lean, digitization and automation projects Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and operational requirements

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Successfully completed technical or commercial training with further training in the field of logistics, masters, technicians or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in logistics, material management or a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics manufacturing First leadership experience as well as strong communication, team and social competence Knowledge of Lean Management, CVP, Shopfloor Management and continuous improvement processes Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. InforLN, WMS) as well as common MS Office applications Willingness to shift work Analytical, structured and self-responsive operation combined with high problem-solving competence and enforcement capability
