Salesforce Agentic Architect with a focus on integration (m/f/d)

Integration architectures for Agentic AI: You unleash integration architectures (APIs, events, tool/MCP integration) for Agentic AI platforms and ensure that Salesforce and connected GenAI components are embedded securely and scalable in the customer landscape. Integration patterns & guidelines: You define integration patterns and policies for Agentic Use-Cases and translate them into clearly structured modules for projects that combine Salesforce Agentic Enterprise and other GenAI platforms. System integration & end-to-end processes: You integrierst Salesforce products (in particular Agentforce360 and Data360) with resystems (ERP, specialist applications etc.) in Agentic Workflows and ensure robust end-to-end processes. Pre-Sales support: You support the offer creation with architectural and effort estimates, build demo scenarios for Salesforce/Agentforce/GenAI-Use-Cases and participate in pitches together with sales and business development. Integration Assets & Best Practices: You develop a reusable integration asset library (blueprints, architecture templates, presentations) to support our Go-To brand for Agentic Enterprise.

(studies) You have a completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable field. Integration & Architecture Expertise: You have several years of experience as an integration architect, Solution Architect or Technical Lead with a focus on interfaces, middleware or API/Event platforms and have knowledge in modern integration approaches and technologies (e.g. REST/GraphQL APIs, messaging/streaming, iPaaS, ESB, etc.). Salesforce & Agentic Competence: You have experience or strong interest in integration architectures around Salesforce - such as APIs, platform events focusing on MuleSoft or MuleSoft AgentFabric, Informatica and the integration of Agentforce and other GenAI platforms. Security & Compliance: You understand security and data protection requirements in integration architectures with Salesforce and GenAI and can design appropriate measures. Pre-Sales support: You have experience in pre-sales - e.g. in the design and implementation of pitch presentations, supply creation, estimation and cooperation with sales teams. KI competence: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape their responsible commitment in your area of responsibility and act as an enabler for customers and internally at adesso. Communication strength & language: You can communicate and present as well as in German and English, and can communicate complex content in a comprehensible and convincing manner.
