Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as continuous development of the team of Fund Analysts in the area of Multi Manager Business (Dachfondsmanagement) Continuous further development and optimization of dach-fund-specific analysis and reporting tools with focus on technical improvements, digitization and automation. Development of key figures, control instruments and management tools. Further development of the operational control of data quality, delivery times and risk indicators as well as the standardization of reporting processes. Support of the real estate fund managers and top management through qualitative and quantitative analyses for overall portfolio management. creation of internal and external reporting and investor-specific analyses; Preparation of results for bodies, investors and tenders Coordination with fund management, accounting, investors, auditors and other internal and external contacts

Successfully completed business studies or studies in business informatics or comparable training with economic or financial contact points Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position and advanced knowledge in the analysis of fund-relevant issues -Interest in economic relations, capital market issues and a sound understanding of the asset classes real estate, infrastructure, private debt and private equity -experience in handling complex Excel models and very good MS Office skills Experience in dealing with the BISON Box of advantage Motivating personality with excellent presentation capability, great self-employment and result and solution orientation High commitment (hands-on mentality), enthusiasm and resilience -Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
