You deepen and plead relationships with key account customers such as architects, planners, operators and investors and general contractors. You also build a network of relevant decision-makers in the Hamburg or Munich area. You identify and acquire key account customers and multipliers. In doing so, you will contact relevant customers such as management, purchasing, technology and planning. You independently plan and organize the sale and sale of our products, systems and services to key account customers and influencers. You take responsibility for revenue development through a continuous increase in the potential exhaustion of key account customers and the precise observation of the competition. You support your customers in the analysis of planning, sustainability requirements, implementation and develop optimization proposals to increase efficiency. You bind your colleagues in a targeted manner and coordinate cross-brand activities with key account customers.

You have a successfully completed technical and/or commercial training, a completed study (for example as an architect) and at least three years of experience in key account management in the planning and construction sector. You know the customer group (planners, investors and general contractors) comprehensively and understand their needs in different performance phases. Ideally, you already have a corresponding network in the Leipzig / Dresden area and have your residence in the corresponding sales area. You can present complex products convincingly and have a pronounced sales and service orientation. You work independently, aim-oriented and actively bring your own ideas. You communicate convincingly in German and English and are able to inspire people for your ideas. You are ready to travel within the sales area and have a valid passenger ticket.
