DAS ACHENTAL is a service professional. The host role is taught in our restaurant Weißer Hirsch, at the Achental Bar and at the most diverse types of events such as conferences, congresses, exhibitions and weddings. Each area requires extensive incorporation. After that, you take on tasks and responsibilities with the following content: Collecting versatile insights into five R&B outlets Design of the guest experience as a host Guests are advised about food and drinks Sales promotion Professional serving of food and drinks Manufacture of coffee specialities and cocktails Organisation of service processes Planning and organizing events Handling billing and reservation systems Sustainability and hygiene The training takes place in the company and in the vocational school (block lessons or 1-2 days per week). The duration of the training is two years according to plan and can lead to the conclusion of a person skilled in the art /-wife for restaurants and event gassing with successful completion through another year. You will also be supported at the resort by personal care and training and training.
