Municipal Customer Advisor - Bank (m/f/d)

These are your tasks Customer support: Through a holistic and yield-oriented support of municipal customers, you ensure that our business policy objectives are met. Public authorities: You primarily accompany public customers and communicate with their decision-makers: within the eye (e.g. mayors:inside) with all financial matters in the asset and liabilities business. Potential exhaustion: With the need-oriented inclusion of specialist: inside and composite gardeners you develop suitable solutions for your customers. Responsibility As part of your competence profile, you negotiate terms and conditions, prepare decisions, vote them and make credit decisions. Regionality: You are the primary contact person for all public customers throughout the business area of MBS - with the customer on site and digital.

We wish Educational path: savings banks or banking business owners or a completed degree with a focus on bank, business or VWL. Experience: Insufficient professional experience in the care of public customers in banking business topics. Motivation: patience and perseverance in implementing distributive objectives in the public sector structures. Customer proximity: A high time flexibility, a separate car, as well as the willingness to serve customers throughout the MBS business area. Language knowledge: German language skills at native language level (C2 level) - optional supplemented by good English skills.

You can expect from us An annual salary of between 90.000 - 105,000 euros, tailored to your relevant professional experience and your degree 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
