Your tasks:

• Customer-oriented advice: You are the first Contact person for our customers, answer their requests and provide competent, solution-oriented support.
• Contract and data management: They take care of careful processing and management of contract documents and the maintenance and updating of customer data.
• Financial solutions: They support our customers active in the clarification of complex financial concerns and thus contribute to Problem solving.

Your profile:

• Professional experience in finance: They bring relevant experience from a bank or financial system and know the industry-specific processes.
• Customer orientation: With your friendly, communicative way make sure that our customers are always well looked after and feeling understood.
• Reliability and team capability: They work structured and independent, but also appreciate the cooperation in the team.
• Technical competence: Safe handling of common EDV systems, especially in customer support, are among your Strengths.
