You will take the check-in and check-out of the guests and make your own reservations at the reception In event management, you support the planning and organisation of weddings, conferences and events You help design and implement marketing measures, especially in the area of social media and online campaigns In the restaurant, you will learn the courses of upscale gastronomy and care for the good of our guests You get insights into personal planning and management as well as accounting and work on current projects

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You have a completed training in the hotel industry or a similar service industry and brings a lot of passion for the hotel industry and direct contact with guests You have a pronounced hand-on mentality, are communicative, service-oriented and like to work in the team Organizational talent and good time management are your strengths You can react flexibly to different tasks and keep a cool head even in stressful situations Good computer knowledge and handling of MS-Office are of course for you Career prospects: There are a wide range of possibilities for development, for example in the areas of event management, marketing or hotel management
