Responsible management and implementation of the transaction process Leading negotiation of transaction agreements Management of all project participants (sales, consultants, banks, internal interfaces, etc.) Coordination of the due diligence process, evaluation of Findings and their addressing in the transaction agreements Closing of the Transaction (Signing and Closing Process) Control of the internal committee process Generating deal flows via network and acquisition activities Identification and analysis of investment opportunities exchange of information, initiation of transaction and pre-negotiation with the parties (e.g. with sellers, banks and consultants), in particular the conclusion of non-disclosure agreements, mandate agreements and term sheets Responsibility and validation of financial models for project evaluation

That's what you bring

Successfully completed university studies in economics, economic engineering, economic law or a comparable degree At least 5-7 years of professional experience in these fields of activity, ideally in the field of renewable energies Sovereign appearance and negotiation skills towards internal and external stakeholders Business activities Structured, proactive and self-responsibility, as well as pronounced communication and team competencies Excellent analytical skills Excellent knowledge in Excel (including financial modeling) and secure handling of Word and PowerPoint Very good knowledge of English and German. Other language skills are advantageous
