Receptionist Sales Inside Sales Training Center (m/f/d)

You are a contact person when it comes to the smooth organization and administrative operation of our training center, and welcomes as the first contact person at the reception seminar participants, trainers and customers: professionally and service-oriented. Whenever it comes to preparing up-to-date trainings, you take the weekly planning, agree with lecturers on installations and training documents, and start name plates, assessment sheets and registration certificates. You will take care of the complete room preparation including equipment, technical check and delivery of all required materials as well as the PC preparation and installation of the required software and test environments. In your position, you take part in seminars and trainers comprehensively on site, answer the center of the training center and are the first point of contact for organizational questions. You support administrative processes such as ordering books and training documents, creating and adapting orders and orders and creating simple offers. Last but not least, you take the trainer search and coordination, including appointment, care and update training dates in our systems and on the Internet and thus contribute significantly to the quality of our training services in the 5-star certified training center.
