Our team, as part of the Communications & Marketing Strategy, is responsible for three areas: the further data-driven development of our communication measures & advertising campaigns, the strategic management of the worldwide marketing budget, and the organization of exchange and decision-making formats with the Marketing Leaders. In our team, you'll experience a dynamic environment that combines enthusiasm with a strong focus on data, analysis, and strategic thinking. From your new role, you can expect: Collaborate with in-house developers to support and further develop the Global Marketing Budget Tool and Power BI reports, contributing to the digitalization of marketing performance tracking Analyze marketing data by connecting and interpreting insights from various dashboards, helping to drive data-based decision-making Coordinate and support smaller projects and create impactful presentations in both German and English for diverse audiences Experience a positive working culture and atmosphere, benefiting from the resources and opportunities of a leading international corporation Thrive in a flexible, agile, and intercultural team environment that values collaboration and innovation The activity can begin from February 2026.

Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Communication, Business Informatics, or a comparable field Excellent command of English (spoken and written); strong German language skills are required Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Affinity for AI-based data analysis; initial experience with M365 Copilot is a plus Strong sense of teamwork, initiative, and reliability Analytical mindset and a strategic approach to work Willingness to learn and engage with a variety of business topics Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to contribute ideas for business process improvements Please note that your internship at this location must be mandatory.
