Own-sponsored support of a department in all operational and strategic personnel matters as well as function as a central contact person:in all personnel-relevant issues Leadership of negotiations and coordination with employee representatives on personal issues of the care sector Participation in the selection of personnel including coordination and negotiation of contractual conditions Conception, development and implementation of efficient HR processes, instruments and standards in the field of personal care Takeover of projects and special tasks in the HR environment with operational and strategic focus Active participation in the implementation and further development of the company-wide HR strategy within the responsibility

Complete studies of business management, economics or economic psychology, ideally with a focus on human resources or comparable training with a corresponding additional qualification in the human resources sector (e.g. further training on the personal specialist/personal specialist) Multiannual relevant professional experience as HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalistic HR function Funded knowledge in operational and strategic personnel work and in German labour and social security law, ideally with experience in cooperation with employee representatives Secure and routined handling of common MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word); ideally user knowledge in SAP-HR or comparable HR management systems Very good knowledge of German and English
