Your duties include: Support in the planning, organisation, implementation and follow-up of medical and scientific congresses, conferences and symposiums Participating and Refering Management Creative co-design of framework programmes – from idea to implementation Recruitment and coordination of external service providers, negotiation and conclusion of contracts Personal contact for our contractors, partners and guests Development and compliance of operational and operational plans General office activities including careful correspondence
